A smaller first step

If you'd rather try something before committing a day, there are two ready-made options that need no proposal and no negotiation.

Are You Listening? on Teamraderie is a 55-minute live virtual experience for up to 100 people, listed at $3,000 for up to 20 participants. ThinkersOne offers a personalised 15-minute video talk with a 15-minute live question session, listed at $700.

Both are useful ways to put the ideas in front of a team quickly. Neither is a substitute for the work in a room.

Questions teams ask

How many people can take part?

Up to 24 in a working session. Beyond that it becomes a talk with exercises rather than a workshop, which is a different and perfectly good thing.

In person or virtual?

Both work. Virtual sessions are designed for a screen rather than transplanted from a room, and they're capped at the same number.

Do you tailor the content?

Always. Julian interviews some of the participants beforehand so the examples are theirs rather than generic.

What does it cost?
