Read it, share links to it, and quote from it with attribution. You may print or download extracts for your own use.
What you may not do
The text, images, video, audio, designs and marks on this site belong to Julian Treasure Limited or to the people who licensed them to us. The Conscious Communication Framework™ and The Sound Leader™ are our trademarks. Please don't republish substantial parts of the site, reproduce the material commercially, or use it to train a model without asking us first. Asking is usually all it takes.
Please also don't misuse the site: no attempts to break it, no automated harvesting of the enquiry forms, and nothing unlawful.
Accuracy
We take care over the facts on this site and cite our sources for the research we quote. Even so, the content is offered for general information. It isn't professional advice for your particular situation, and we can't accept liability for decisions taken on the strength of it alone.
Other people's sites
Where we link to another organisation's site, such as Studio, Circle, Substack, YouTube or a bookseller, we don't control it and aren't responsible for its content or its terms.

Enquiries and bookings
Sending an enquiry doesn't create a contract. Speaking engagements, workshops, advisory work and consultancy are governed by the separate agreement we sign for each one. Purchases of the app or of membership are governed by the terms of the platform that sells them.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any rights you have as a consumer in your own country.
