Cookies
A short page, because there isn't much to say. We use essential cookies to make the site work, and analytics only if you agree. There's no advertising or tracking on this site.
Essential
Two things are stored on your device whatever you choose. Your cookie choice itself, so that we don't ask again on every page, and a short-lived token used by Cloudflare Turnstile to tell a person from a robot when you send us an enquiry. Neither identifies you, and the law doesn't require consent for them.
Analytics
If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages people find useful, how they arrived and roughly which country they're in. Google sets its own cookies to do this. We don't use the data for advertising, we haven't linked it to any advertising account, and data is kept for 14 months. Floot, which hosts the site, also counts page views; until you accept, it keeps nothing on your device.
If you decline, nothing from Google loads at all, and anything already stored is removed.
Video
Videos on the site show a still image until you press play. Nothing reaches YouTube until you do, and when you do, YouTube's own privacy notice applies. We use youtube-nocookie.com, which sets no cookies until playback starts.
